Designing and improving production layouts and work cells, developing tooling and fixtures, writing manufacturing work instructions, supporting new product introduction processes, analysing production efficiency and identifying improvement opportunities, and managing capital equipment projects.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, 2–6 years of manufacturing engineering experience, CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA), and hands-on plant floor experience. Lean manufacturing fundamentals and GD&T knowledge are expected.
